Glimmers in Action @ ARJE's Shifting Into Summer
R&R’s honored to be in the mix of ARJE’s Shifting into Summer annual conference. We will be exploring Glimmers as a way to make the average day (and workday) better. Glimmers, coined by Deb Dana, LSW in 2018, are the opposite of "triggers". Small moments that spark joy or peace which can help cue our nervous system to feel safe or calm. In this participatory, in-person exploration (15+ site options available, details below). You will have a chance to explore how the Glimmer Framework can apply to your life:
5-30 minutes to change the (work)day
How you can find, feel, or experience glimmers
Noticing & incorporating glimmers can increase productivity, creativity, mental/spiritual/physical health

Public Walkshop - Join US!
Could you use a 30-minute reset?
Join us for a free public walkshop. No, you don’t have to walk. Come as you are, and give your nervous system and heart a treat.
Sign up here. It’s free & you will leave feeling a little better than when you started.
Pass it along…maybe someone else could use a break too. Free, open to all. Call in on your phone from anywhere in the world.
Tell me more! Walkshops are Movement as a practice of learning. Movement as a practice of comfort.
In R&R Walkshops, we move gently, and slowly at first, then with a quickening of pace. We dream, exploring and stretching past the confines of digital space. Walkshops are 30-minute sessions where participants call-in from wherever they are in the world. Walkshops ground ourselves in the outside world and help us access the ways in which motion can help us manifest a goal, value or focus point for your board, staff or community. Participants leave Walkshops energized and calm. It’s a mini break in your day. It’s about redefining work and vision. Walkshops are a great mechanism to get people off their computers for a refreshing and creative experience. The experience is built for all bodies and all capabilities. Many poeple head outside to wheel or walk during the experience.

Walkshop @ the Jewish Belonging Summit
Walkshop: Enhance Your Jewish Belonging Summit Experience
Elevate your day with a unique opportunity to learn, recharge, and move with intention. Looking for a refreshing walk or guided movement during the summit? R&R: The Rest of Our Lives invites you to join Josh Feldman for a special "Walkshop"—an immersive, moving meditation designed just for attendees.
We’ll gather in person before you step outside (or modify indoors) with a guided call-in experience. This session is accessible to all bodies and abilities, offering a chance to unplug, reconnect with the world around you, and cultivate a sense of rest and renewal. This is an excellent opportunity to integrate the conference experience and create the capacity to be present for the rest of the conference.
Give yourself this gift of movement and mindfulness—you deserve it. We can’t wait to move with you! Details on how to sign up for the conference are here.

Glimmers in Action: Small Moments, Big Impact @Jpro25
Glimmers are everyday moments that spark joy, peace, or a sense of calm—helping to regulate the nervous system and create a greater sense of well-being.
