This deck is a chance to explore rest with yourself, with a partner, with your organization or with a community of learners. Below are some ways to play.   • Select 3-5 cards per category (daily, weekly, monthly & yearly). Ask yourself: What are the glimmer(s) I know work for me AND what are the glimmer(s) i want to try out? Bonus points: get clear with yourself on glimmers you have been incorporating already, are they serving you in the right ways?
