BREAKWEEK Implementation Guide

R&R is thrilled to announce the release of our public
BREAKWEEK Implementation Guide & Resources

BREAKWEEK is an organizational-wide closure where staff take time-off at the same time, providing everyone on the team with a synchronized vacation. As a result of our pilot BREAKWEEK Grant Program this year, we’ve created a public Implementation & Resource Guide (sign up below to access the guide) to give guidance on how to think about, prepare for and implement a BREAKWEEK at your organization.

Organizational-wide closures are a proven practice that have been utilized across sectors to promote habits of wellbeing, retention and productivity, and combat burn-out, attrition and exhaustion.

BREAKWEEKs…
💜 democratize rest in organizations by making it accessible to everyone
🔎 demonstrate care for organizations greatest resource - its talent!
🔥 show (not tell) workers they are cared for by an organization
💡 supercharge results by working smarter not harder, and
↩️ create a different ‘return from vacation’ experience - no overflowing inbox from internal messages!

Rest-based interventions are a critical part of equity work, defining organizational culture and giving all team members agency to help make their day-to-day feel sustainable.
