This year's snapshot of R&R’s impact to date shows how we've made a significant impact in ways we couldn't have imagined when we started normalizing rest as infrastructure.

R&R is like a community garden - it has flourished with many hands, hard work (with rest built in), and strategic investments in what creates supported and healthy workers, organizations and ecosystems. 

What has bloomed so far is just the start. With over 50% of the nonprofit sector reporting burnout, we need this work more than ever. The virtuous cycle of rested organizational cultures creates huge ROI.
